Who can do the program?
Everyone. Men or women, as long as you’re over 18 and you have a drive to change your health, a willingness to learn and vision to become the healthiest version of yourself.
How much time do I need?
The purpose of this program is to allow you to go at your own pace. On average each day over the 21 days you’ll receive a 15min-30min audio or video. There are a few video demonstrations which take up to 60mins, you can do these on the day or save them for another time during the week.
What if I have allergies?
The complete supplement regime is gluten free, wheat free, dairy free, lactose free, casein free, tree nut free, egg free, corn free, fish free, shellfish free and vegetarian friendly.
The product contains a minute amount of soy derived lecithin. However, it contains no soy protein and lecithin is not known to contribute to soy allergies. If you wish to confirm – don’t hesitate to contact us, we don’t take allergies lightly.
Is this a liquid only program?

Weight loss is my goal, is this program for me?
