Shopping List – Your Staple Necessities
My Weekly Shopping List
I am not sure about you but unlike most females I actually don’t at all overly enjoy shopping – I most certainly dread Christmas shopping. But when it comes time for FOOD shopping I can’t wait! I’m a planner as time is precious and I would much rather be outside in the sun than inside at the shops. Below is a list of my everyday Pantry and Fresh Produce Staples. I purchase from local growers, health food stores and markets where and when I can. I also like to either buy in bulk where possible.
My Fresh Product Shopping list also changes weekly depending on what is in season and what I plan to create, but the list below are necessities and I have them on hand at all times.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Grounds: Turmeric, Cinnamon, Paprika, Coriander, Cumin, Chilli Flakes
Lentils & Red Kidney Beans
Nuts: Almonds, Walnuts, Cashews & Pecan’s (all raw)
Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Kernels, Sesame Seeds
Coconut Oil – used for everything! LOVE
Macadamia Oil – cooking, baking and pouring
Mustards: Wholegrain & Hot English
Fresh Produce Staples:
Eggs – Free Range
Berries: Blueberries & Raspberries
Meat – I buy in bulk and freeze what I won’t use within the first few days.
