Have you heard of Ayurvedic healing or Panchakarma?

Based on Ayurvedic principles, Panchakarma is a treatment program to cleanse and rejuvenate the body, mind and consciousness. I am joined for a second time by Dr. Vignesh Devraj, a 4th generation Ayurvedic healer and the founder and chief physician of Sitaram Beach Retreat, to talk about how ayurvedic principles can help support menstruation and other aspects of women’s health.

If you haven’t listened to Dr. Vignesh’s first time on the Well Woman Podcast, check out episode 47 where we chatted about the Ayurvedic Approach to Menstrual Cycles, PCOS, Endometriosis and Infertility.

Throughout this episode, Dr. Vignesh talks about the imbalances in women’s health, the practice of Panchakarma, the experience that Sitaram Beach Retreat provides, ways to heal from stress, the importance of saying no, opening up chakras, and the impact that menstruating can have while practicing Panchakarma or while at the Sitaram Retreat.

Meet Our Podcast Guest:
