Naam’s mission is to show menstruators that their menstrual cycle and period is their superpower and key to holistic well-being. As a passionate chef, she creates cyclical recipes inspired by her travels and thai-german roots. With intimate 121 Coaching, Group Courses and Workshops, Naam empowers people with periods to live in harmony with their cycle with tools like cycle awareness, mind-body-soul nourishment, and body literacy.
