What is the contraceptive, birth control pill?

This is a question I wish I had the inquisitive courage to ask when I was 16 and so eager to jump on the pill and explore my sexual self. Despite there being a lot of great education out there about the birth control pill there is also quiet a lot of confusion around the contraceptive pill how it effects us during and after coming off the pill. In this episode I’m joined by women’s health specialist and naturopath Megan Haralampou to chat all things “the pill”, and what you need to know.

Meet Our Podcast Guest:

[Cycle Day 5 – Inner Spring]

Megan is The Bio-Medical Naturopath and she has a confession – she’s a little obsessed with science. She has a bit of a love-hate obsessive relationship with medicine – pathology interpretation is her jam. She has developed a passion for supporting women to get rocking mental health, happy hormones and healthy pregnancies. She’s here to help women live their best lives by integrating pathology, bio medicine and natural treatments.”
