When was the last time you had your blood tested? What has been the purpose of your previous blood tests? Our blood shows us incredible insight on our hormones, cortisol, iron, thyroid, and so much more that is going on underneath our skin.
In today’s episode, I am talking all about the value of blood testing for hormones with Nat Kringoudis. Nat holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences – Traditional Chinese Medicine (Herbal) and an Advanced Diploma in Acupuncture combined with 16 years clinical experience. Nat is passionate about educating young women of how their choices shape their reproductive health. Her knowledge in fertility and natural medicine has regularly featured in her column in Australian Natural Health magazine, in major publications, including Marie Claire and Cosmopolitan as well as regular TV appearances as a wellness expert.
Nat talks about her background that led to her passion of educating women on hormones and fertility, the value of getting your blood tested, how our blood gives us data on our hormones, her recommendations for places to get blood tested and people to interpret the results, how frequent to get your blood tested, and so much more.
