How well do you know your own breast health? Ever done a self breast exam? Before this episode I know I hadn’t, however I now know the exact time of my cycle to self check and you’re about to, too.
In this episode I’m joined by Dr Connealy who has over 30 years health experience, and is a dominant leader in Integrative & Functional Medicine. She’s our go-to lady for breast health.
Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers and we’re seeing it in younger and younger adults. Our over all health effects our breasts and our cycles, and often their signs can be linked because your cycle has to do with everything says Dr Connealy.
