(Subscribe on iTunesSpotify, StitcherSoundCloud or TuneIn) What do you know about endometriosis? There are a LOT of myths out there about endo and it’s time to stop them in their tracks and discover what the real facts about endometriosis are. In this episode, I’m excited to be joined by Christie Lee, an endometriosis dietitian. Christie’s expertise has helped countless women overcome painful bloating, IBS, period pain, and more uncomfortable symptoms through sharing her knowledge and skills. She is on a mission to validate the pain that women with endometriosis are experiencing and improve their quality of life through medical, nutrition, and lifestyle treatments. Throughout our conversation, Christie talks about how she got into endometriosis education in the first place, what makes her different from other endo-educators out there, how endometriosis is different from PCOS, commonalities she sees in clients, myths about endometriosis, and so much more.
