On the contraceptive pill and been asking yourself… “is this something I need to be on?” “how can I come off the pill safely?” “how do others do it?”. You’re not alone, these are the exact questions I asked myself to when I came off the contraceptive pill however I did so well before I was prepared or educated on the process. And to be honest there are any things I could of done better to help get my body back on track post pill.
