CYCLICAL LIVING SERIES [Ep. 3]

Finding your own natural cyclical flow means discovering yourself outside of the norm of what society says is ‘normal’ with menstrual cycles and allowing ourselves to step out of the masculine structured and goal oriented way of living.

Cyclical living is the complete opposite to both of these two forces. In this episode I’m joined by client Hayley Gorlitz-Wilson and together we explore where to start on your own menstrual cycle journey.

Meet Our Podcast Guest:

[Cycle Day 3 – Inner Winter]

Hayley lives in Brisbane, Australia, she has a love for learning and works in the education field. She came to work with me curious about living a cyclical life, heard one of my clients mention about how they lived in flow with life and this intrigued her. She’s delighted to say that she’s now doing this and continuing to grow personally thanks to her decision to support her cycle.

Thank you for sharing this Podcast Jema and Hayley. I have been on the pill for 19yrs now and I also throw out the sugar pills and only take the other ones for 21 days LOL Slowly dipping my toe into learning more about becoming in-tune with my cycle so I can get off the pill as well. I don’t even take aspirins unless ‘I am nearly dying’ that is how much I am against meds etc. I never knew how bad the pill actually is…They didn’t tell me that when they prescribed it so many years ago. Keep up the great work ladies, very interesting and helpful! Xx Marlie Jolanda
