Do you find yourself skipping breakfast or other meals? Whether you are intermittent fasting or you forget to eat in the rush of getting ready for the work day, dropping kids off at school, or getting to a workout class on time, breakfast is often the meal that is most skipped.
In this episode, I am joined again by Kaely McDevitt to talk about the importance of consistent eating and how it helps our menstrual cycle. Last time Kaely was on the podcast (ep. 103), we chatted about everything you need to know about ovulation. However, since Kaely is a Registered Dietitian and with her focus on personalizing nutrition for optimal hormonal health, I knew she would be perfect to share her expertise on consistent eating.
In this conversation, Kaely talks about why breakfast is important, what food combinations contribute to a healthy meal, intermittent fasting, how the way that we eat impacts our menstrual cycle, what consistent eating actually looks like, recommendations for when to eat dinner, signs that you’re not eating enough, and so much more.
