CYCLICAL LIVING SERIES [Ep. 5]
Do we really have to do it all? With the rise of feminine equality there’s also been an increase in “anything you can do, I can do bleeding.” Is this really serving us? What if we allowed and surrender to some of our tasks and to-do’s, even for just a day a month. In this episode I’m joined by Well Woman Academy member Oriana Rojas to chat all things honouring you and your menstrual cycle.
Meet Our Podcast Guest:
[Cycle Day 5 – Inner Winter]
Oriana is a daughter, sister, fiancé, doggy mom, and many other things in between. She’s been eager to get a deeper dive into her journey every step of the way, which is how she arrived at coaching. She thrives, and feels like she’s doing her life’s work when she’s helping others which is why she’s studying counselling and about to finish her teaching children’s yoga certification. She loves learning about awareness, our bodies, our cycles and anything that allows us to understand what our body is trying to communicate with us. She’s 23 years old and have been actively learning to fill up her cup so she can be there for others and herself for about the past 3 years.
