Often we think of only getting these done when something is “wrong” or feeling “off” in our health / cycle health. However what if we knew what our hormones were saying on a regular basis, not just when we feel there is something off with our cycles. So, is hormone testing really that important? And what type of testing should I get? In this episode I’m joined by Holistic Nutritionist Ashleigh, a women who knows the in’s and outs to hormone and dutch hormone testing to share on all the things we need to know about hormone testing.
