Today’s podcast guest Jess has all the answers. As a mindfulness based yoga and meditation teacher Jess has devoted herself to forming a platform of support for young women to guide them to calm. However the truth is letting go, calming down, releasing trauma and feeling within is an art that we could all improve upon.

Jess Fleming is a yoga and meditation teacher, a mum to two young teens and is driven to support young women in embracing their true selves through the art of mindfulness based yoga and meditation. With over 20 years of yoga experience Jess is also the creator Living That Mindful Life, a platform where she educates and inspires young women with ways to release stress, anxiety, overwhelm and depression.
