Working in the womens health space for over 6 years now I’ve noticed the rising number of women whom are experiencing endocrine challenges, including fertility. Things such as PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid imbalances, adrenal fatigue and these are just the tip of the iceberg. But what can you do when you may have one of these challenges and eager to start a family?

Krissy is a Certified Nutrition Coach with a background in psychology, an author of two kid-friendly whole food recipe books and creator of ‘Meal Time Success’ which focuses on children aged 0-6 years.
