PCOS, it’s crazy to think that only 10 years ago hardly anyone even know what PCOS was and now today 1 in 10 women menstruating aged women have PCOS worldwide, and within Australia it’s 1 in 5. That’s 20%! Whhhatttt…?  I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2015 and this diagnosis has helped shift and alter how I care for my body as well as my cycle.
