I’ve this a thousand times and almost feel like I’m on repeat when I say it again, but Ayurveda is going to be the next big thing. First it was yoga (an element of Ayurveda) so what will be next…? Ayurveda itself. Having studying Ayurveda and last year heading to India for the very first time for a complete Ayurvedic Healing immersion, when I met Dr. Vignesh in India again at his retreat centre I knew we had to have him on the show to share is wisdom on women’s health from an Ayurvedic perspective, and after this episode you’ll know why.

You can check out my Indian retreat experience I mention in this episode, here.

.

Meet our Podcast Guest:

Dr. Vignesh Devraj is a 4th generation Ayurvedic healer and founder – chief physician of Sitaram Beach Retreat, where I recently attended on retreat and you can join me in doing so here. Sitaram is the ultimate space for authentic healing and transformation.
Dr. Vignesh speaks internationally on natural healing, Ayurveda, meditation & transformation. He has spoken about Ayurveda and Panchakarma and its healing powers all over the world and today I’ve asked Dr. Vignesh to share in his wisdom and knowledge around women’s health.

    • The 5 ways to eliminates toxins
    • Ayurvedic approach to womens health and healing
    • How to activate our own inner healing powers
    • What Panchakarma is and how it transforms your health
    • Healing cycle imbalances PCOS and Endometriosis
