Cervical fluid, do you study yours? After this episode you may just start doing so if you don’t already. In previous episode’s we’ve discussed the pill and contraception, however one topic we’ve been yet to touch on yet is fertility. With fertility challenges at their highest it’s a conversation we could all start learning more openly about and feeling more confident with too. Hence why I invited this episodes guest to join me and delve into everything… you “should” considered pre conception. Even if you’re not planning on having kids for months or a few years you need to hear this.

In this episode I’m joined by Women’s Health focused acupuncturist and herbalist Lauren Curtain. She centres her clinical practice around supporting women navigate their hormones, menstrual cycles and fertility using a combination of education, acupuncture, herbal medicine, diet and lifestyle support.

Lauren believes every woman has the right to know how her body works, and what she can do to optimise not only her reproductive health, but whole body health. Naturally of course we click like two pea’s in a pod.
