We’ve all heard of Chinese Medicine before, we also most likely know that it works but what can get us stumped is knowing why they work and how they work. When it comes to our menstrual cycle specifically herbs are fantastic at supporting the over endocrine system and chi of our body. Balancing the yin and yang while actively nourishing key organs and meridians to get our body achieving harmony.
Having seen an acupuncturist for a number of years and exploring herbs myself also through Ayurveda I knew it was time to learn more about how we can use these ancient herbal ways to support our modern bodies and lifestyles. In this Episode I’m joined by my acupuncturist and friend Jess Hewett, together we explore Chinese herbs and the ones we all could start incorporating into our daily lives and health.
