What is a Menstrual Cycle Coach? This is a question I’m asked almost on the daily and with the launch of my brand new coaching packages I thought I’d take the opportunity to share with you what a menstrual cycle coach is, what it’s like working with one (or with me at least) and how to know when to seek support from a menstrual cycle or period coach.
