Hormones can be very confusing. Not just because we have over 40 of them, which all do very different jobs and play key roles in many functions within our body but because they’re every shifting and changing. Our hormonal balance is forever changing with the rise and fall of hormones throughout our cycle, changes that often impact how we feel, what we crave, our thoughts and even our digestion.

I’m all about simplifying everything down and to do so for hormones I invited integrative dietitian Melissa to join me to break down our menstrual cycle hormones, the most common hormone imbalances and how they occur, and of course what we can do to rebalance them too.

.
