Essential Vitamins for Good Health

Over the past 5 years I’ve been on the hunt and mission to heal and nourish my gut and overall wellbeing. This has been a big hurdle for me as I’ve always found it a challenge keeping my health well balanced, especially while travelling.  But not recently.

Just before I went away to Asia I was introduced to gluten free micronutrient products by a friend who insisted I try them whilst on my trip.  And it’s safe to say that my hunt is over.

I have finally found nutritional supplement’s that I love, trust and now swear by and I couldn’t wait any longer to share them with you.

Firstly, I’m sharing this based on my personal experiences as I’m so excited about the benefits I’ve been drastically noticing over the last 8 weeks. But for those who need more social proof…  I encourage you to check out the latest NutriSearch Comparative Guide to Nutritional Supplements. This guide ranks over 250 products against a standard and you would be surprise as was I to learn of the inverse relationship between product marketing and quality. This stuff totally blew my mind.

I’m finally happy that I am fueling my body twice a day everyday with super high quality pharmaceutical grade products that make me feel great and give me even more energy than ever before. (if that is possible) Plus my hair and nails are growing like wildfire and my eyes are getting whiter by the day.

So what is this stuff?

Well think of it like this, everyday the trillions of cells in our bodies go into battle against the pollution, chemicals, stress, toxins, pesticides, GMO foods and any other stressors we knowingly or unknowingly subject our bodies too.

In order for our body to fight this we have to go to war, taking with us the best ammunition. US health sciences company Usana has developed the Essentials, a combination mega antioxidant and multi mineral product.

How does this relate to war?
Think of it as the Mega Antioxidant is a soldier that fights all the damage happening to your cells – all day, everyday. But of course soldiers need food and water to continue to battle, which is where the multi minerals come in.

Having one without the other is good in theory but fails in practice.

In the future I might tell you more about these great products.  In the meantime though if you want to know more contact me here, or click www.jemalee.usana.com and take a Free Health Assessment.

Getting healthier by the day, and loving every moment of it.
