Hey Jema! Great site 🙂 I have just started with my “getting back in shape” journey. Never paid too much attention on my health and fitness just until I was assessed to have throat airway obstruction (sleep apnea). I wasn’t diagnosed though, just took a sleep test (http://bit.ly/1edl9eL) and was assisted by a pharmacist who ruled out the same thing as well. I was surprised when my husband told me I was snoring pretty bad (hey, snoring isn’t sexy especially for a girl like me). So aside from using the mouth guard that was recommended by the pharmacist, I swore to myself I’ll do everything to get back in shape. I am now doing a 160min exercise per week and is now practicing good eating habits. I am curious with his juicing/blending thing.My friends suggested a three day detox juice plan to start with. However I’m skeptic if I am capable of that. I want to try it first along with my regular healthy meals. I am very excited about his and I hope to see your juice recipes in the future! 🙂
