Many people find breakfast the hardest meal of the day and in more cases than not have no idea what to make. Let me introduce you to my 2 minute (Gluten Free + Dairy Free) smoothie recipe guide. Yep easy gluten free diary free smoothies made in 2 minutes.
Make Time: 5 Minutes
Equipment needed: Blender or Blending bullet
2 Minute Smoothie Magic Ingredients:
1-2 cups of water, coconut water or dairy-free milk (nut or coconut)
1 scoop of balance protein/carb/fats’s powder
(I opt for this over a protein only powder for an overall macronutrient balance – plus keeps me much more balanced through out the day without cravings)
½ Cup of Frozen Fruit #1
½ Cup of Frozen Fruit #2
Add Cinnamon (great for lowering blood pressure,
… or favourite super food (Cacao, Spirulina, Maca Powder, Acai)
Notice how I haven’t told you want to use – get creative and use what you have on hand when it comes to Fruit.
Here are some combination examples:
Banana + Strawberries
Papaya + Mango
Kiwi + Pineapple
Avocado + Blueberries
Rockmelon + Banana
1. Add liquids to blender with soft fruits
2. Add powder and fruit
3. Blend, blitz and enjoy!
