(Subscribe on iTunesSpotify, StitcherSoundCloud or TuneIn) What is womb trauma? How can we break the pattern of womb trauma throughout our own fertility journey? In this episode, I am excited to be joined by Stesha Reukauf to explore the topic of womb trauma and its impact on fertility and feminine embodiment. After turning to external sources to heal her PCOS, irregular menstrual cycle, fertility issues, and acne, Stesha realised that maybe the solution was inside her the whole time. Today, Stesha applies her specialised study and expert knowledge in women’s fertility to help other women create abundance in life, fertility, and feminine power. In this eye-opening conversation, Stesha talks about the impact that womb trauma has on our fertility and how we can drop into our body to deepen our feminine connection. Womb trauma is a topic that we don’t hear about often, yet it has such an immense impact on women and the future generations of our family. You will learn why our body holds trauma in the womb, how our subconscious fears play a role in our fertility, how to tap into your feminine flow, and so much more.
