I quite often get asked what my Top Tips for living a happy, healthy and laughter filled life are. ย This pretty much goes hand in hand with my personal beliefs. I don’t like rules I like lifestyle choices so the below Tips are some choices that I have made and implemented into my daily life to help me lead a life filled of Healthy Happiness.

> ย I believe in the choice of change, I donโt believe in Diets. Diets Die โ one choice for change can last forever.
> ย That when you start eating and cleansing your body, you will cleanse your mind, move with ease and live a life of wellness.
> ย That the path to happiness isnโt about getting to the destination.ย Happiness is the path.
> ย If you canโt pronounce the ingredient it shouldnโt be going in or on your body.
> ย Itโs important to treat yourself!ย Get a massage, go out with friends, do something youโve always wanted to.
> ย Life is Colourful, and your plate should be too!ย Try to incorporate 3-5 different colour groups on your plate every meal, sorry but white does not count as a colour.
> ย Surround yourself with inspiring and like minded people, negativity can only clutter and clog your energy and your ego.
