For some time I’ve known the importance of liver health on the body but what about the livers direct link to the Liver? After all the liver is the mothership of the body in my mind, but is it really important for healthy hormone balance, optimal ovulation and radiant skin health? I invited friend and functional nutritionist Fran Dargaville on to share with us exactly what we need to know about our liver! .
