It can be an awkward and uncomfortable topic for some however Herpes is nothing to be ashamed of particularly when you fully understand and know everything there is to know about Herpes. Like for example, there’s different types of herpes and herpes can occur in places other than just your yoni (or penis). To guide us through the topic of Herpes I’m joined by returning guest Adrienne Rommel, the yoni nutritionist. In Adrienne’s previous episode we discussed Bacterial Vaginosis & Yeast Infections and I knew we had to get her back.

Adrienne is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Women’s Health Coach, and she helps women manage and eliminate symptoms of common, chronic vaginal infections like yeast infections, candida overgrowth, bacterial vaginosis, HPV, herpes (HSV-1 & HSV-2), and UTI’s.
She has struggled with her own vaginal health issues her entire sexually active life, but she’s learned how to manage them with her diet and lifestyle. She now helps women who are experiencing these issues holistically heal their vaginal health, just like she did!
