In this episode, I am joined by Chelsey Jean, naturopathic practitioner. Chelsey became a naturopathic practitioner to inspire and educate as many people as possible to make healthy choices in all parts of their lives – diet, exercise, relationships, careers, families, emotions and spirituality. She sees all types of clients who want to improve their health, whether they have specific problems such as lymphatic disorders, chronic fatigue, gut issues, or they want to lose weight, feel better, correct their hormonal imbalances or just take back their health to how it used to be. In this conversation, Chelsey talks about what the lymphatic system is, why we don’t hear about the lymphatic system, dry brush and guasha techniques to activate the lymphatic system, differences you’ll see once you implement these techniques, the differences in types of dry brushes, and more.
