How to Choose Nutritional Supplements to Support your Menstrual Cycle : Episode 69

by | Jun 3, 2020 | Cycle Signs + PMS, Food + Nutrition, Menstrual Cycle Tips, Well Woman Podcast | 0 comments

Standing in the aisle at the supermarket, chemist or health food store and staring down the shelves of bottled products only leaves you feeling confused and overwhelmed. “Where the hell do I start?” This was me back in 2012 whilst on my leaky gut healing journey knowing that I wanted something to support my health but having no idea what, or where to start. I mean everything I’d used to date just hadn’t worked and all the products looked basically the same. “How do I choose one and know it’s going to work?” was a question that ran through my mind, a lot! 8 years on and having been a coach this entire time I still hear many women asking these same questions. In this weeks podcast episode tune in to discover how I choose nutritional products to support my cycle health and how you can too.
.

In this episode we chat about:

    • What to look for when shopping for nutritional supplements
    • How to find a high quality product
    • How to discover what in your health needs support
    • Top 3 products I recommend for cycle support
    • The products I use and trust
