Could toxins be effecting your health and your cycle? Did you know that every day we’re exposed to multiple toxins and women have a larger toxic exposure than men. From the air we breathe, the clothes we wear, how we cook our food to how we clean our homes.
To discuss and expand on the topic of toxins and the potential toxic load we’re exposed to I’m joined by toxic expert Dr Yvonne. In this episode together we dive deep into discovering the in’s and out’s of your potential toxic load exposure and how to live a low tox lifestyle.
