Mold can build up in our home from humidity, moisture, and lack of cleaning. However, we aren’t always able to see mold with our naked eye. Living with mold (whether we know it or not) can lead us to sickly symptoms that will only continue if we don’t change our environment.

Some of the symptoms toxic mold can cause are brain fog, fatigue, a never-ending cold, or even a change to your menstrual cycle. Yup – mold can impact our cycle! To chat about mold, how it affects our cycle, and what we can do to prevent it, I am joined by the amazing Bridgit Danner. Since losing everything she had to toxic mold, Bridgit is passionate about educating others to prevent it from happening to them.
