(Subscribe on iTunesSpotify, StitcherSoundCloud or TuneIn) What is Korean herbalism? How does herbalism differ between Eastern and Western cultures? What type of herbs should be incorporated into our diet for our cycle? In this episode, I am excited to be joined by Grace Yoon to learn about the incredible benefits of Korean herbalism for our health and wellness. As a Korean-American, Grace was blessed with a family that embraced their Eastern heritage while living in a Western culture. From this background, Grace has a unique and important perspective on how we can adopt Korean herbalism practices for modern day health and wellness. Through her Korean herbal wellness line, Qi Alchemy, Grace is helping more people to embrace Korean herbalism and elevate the vitality of their mind, body, and soul. In this wonderful conversation, Grace shares with me the history of Korean herbalism, how we can all incorporate it within our diets, and how we use it to take care of our body. You will hear a beautiful poem from Grace about the yin and yang energies, why herbalism runs deep in Korean history, how herbs help support cycle health and fertility, a comparison and contrast between Eastern and Western cultures, and so much more.
