(Subscribe on iTunesSpotify, StitcherSoundCloud or TuneIn) Did you know that your liver health contributes to the health of your cycle? Or how your gut plays a role in your estrogen? Majority of women probably don’t even know if their liver is healthy or how to improve their gut health, yet both of them are contributing to our cycle function. In this episode, Talida Voinea joins me to chat about how the liver and gut impact our menstrual cycle and general health as women. Talida is a fertility awareness educator who runs an online nutrition and fertility awareness consulting business. Talida is passionate about educating women about nutrition plants as medicine, hormone balance, the menstrual cycle and fertility through her work, her online blog, and her social media platforms. Talida’s knowledge is incredibly valuable to all menstruators and I am excited for you to hear her expertise. She talks about liver health nutrients, why the liver and gut are important, ways that they impact our cycle, the power of fiber in our diet, ways to improve a hormonal imbalance and so much more.
