Our final Cyclical School mini series episode is here. Learn how yoga teacher Sophie Chin envisages blending two of my favourite passions together; the menstrual cycles and yoga to offer a holistic cyclical experience to movement.

Meet Our Podcast Guest:

[Cycle Day 26 – Inner Autumn]

Sophie is an international Yoga Practitioner and Teacher who teaches the flexibility of body and mind through an authentic yogic lens. She whole-heartly believes that Yoga is a gateway to understanding oneself and revealing what is true and real in this moment. Sophie’s dynamic teaching method explores the depths of the body in a loving and compassionate way, through softness rather than force.

The courage to be soft is reflected in her menstrual cycle awareness and her passion to practice and teach Yoga in alignment with the ebbs and flows of the female moon cycle. She shares the practice of yoga through group classes, 1:1 personalised programs, workshops and courses.
