What’s the difference between an obstetrician, midwife and doula? While they all assist with the birthing of babies they do so in such different ways. If you’re new to the world of babies it can be rather confusing not to mention overwhelming on who does what, where to start and what is actually needed. So let’s clear that up.

In this episode join me and Dayna Eickenloff as we deep dive into the world of Midwifery together. Chatting postnatal care, home birthing, conception preparation, continuity of care and lots more.

Meet Our Podcast Guest:

[Cycle Day 2 – Inner Winter]

Dayna is a registered midwife, certified hypnobirthing australia practitioner, wife, and most importantly, mother of 4 beautiful kids with another on the way. Living in sunny Queensland with her family she is currently on maternity leave from her hospital midwife position while enjoying more time at home running her business, Daiisy, getting set to launch her podcast, The Oxytocin Hour, and spending time creating and making memories.

She has a passion for all things Matrescence, healing, biology & oxytocin and loves to help educate and inform others of the knowledge she has.
