Join us for an intimate day of self connection, discovery and transformation as we unlock the truths behind why woman feel like they’re doing all the ‘right’ stuff but still feel exhausted by headaches, acne, period pain, the yo-yo’ing PMS, cramps, bloating and the weight that wont budge. Sounded by like minded women discover how to eat, move, live and feel in tune with your health and body all month long, and feel amazing!

Throughout this day you’ll learn the fundamentals to balancing hormones, insulin levels, reduce inflammation, quit storing fat, and activate ancient ways of living in flow as a woman. All while we’ll enjoy a refreshing morning tea, vegan based lunch, and educational teachings of how to become a wildly healthy and vibrant Well Woman. For women of all ages menstruating or not, this special event has been creatively designed to guide you to radiant health no matter your age, or your period status. Throughout this workshop we’ll explore topics such as; the yoni, yoni eggs, your menstrual cycle, cycle rituals, bleed rituals and self pleasure. Along with incorporating physical teachings, exercises and cycle rebirthing.
What you’ll learn:
– How your period is your superpower, gain a new understanding of loving your bleed time.
– How to establish and reignite a deeper awareness of, and connection with your body.
– A new understand of your monthly menstrual cycle and how your body as a female works.
– How to achieve daily balance with your food, and eliminate food confusion and cravings.
– How to live in flow and sync with your cycle without confusion, pressure or judgement.
– A completely new way to understand and address PMS symptoms, balanced weight, bloating and cramps, plus lots more.
– How to connect, acknowledge and work through emotions, mental challenges and imbalance through in person activities, demonstrations and examples.
This special retreat day is focused on educating and empowering you on how to make changes in your daily health as a woman without restriction or confusion. You’ll gain step by step guides on tools to rebalance your health all while learning how your body actually works so you can unlock your own inner womanly knowledge to become independent with your health. This event is open to all women and those who identify as women.

For the past decade Jema’s been teaching women from all over the world her life changing menstrual cycle secrets and just how a women’s period is way more powerful than she realises.
