Throughout this day you’ll learn the fundamentals to balancing hormones, insulin levels, reduce inflammation, quit storing fat, and activate ancient ways of living in flow as a woman. All while we’ll enjoy a refreshing morning tea, vegan based lunch, and educational teachings of how to become a wildly healthy and vibrant Well Woman.
For women of all ages menstruating or not, this special event has been creatively designed to guide you to radiant health no matter your age, or your period status.
