How do you feel about ageing? Getting grey hair, wrinkles, sagging skin… Not sure about you but I already have a head full of grey’s.
In a world were mass media has created massive pressure on reversing the ageing process rather than embracing the natural ageing process, how can we age gracefully and naturally?
In this episode I’m joined by gerontologist Dr Anna who’s spent years studying and exploring just this. Dr Anna however has also lived with PCOS, a menstrual cycle imbalance that effects 1 in 10 women. Join us as we chat all things PCOS and reversing the ageing process to embrace our natural ageing rhythm.
