In this episode, I’m joined for a second time by Dr. Leigha Saunders. She is back on the podcast to talk about how she turned her post-partum sleep deprivation into an opportunity to help other women going through similar sleep problems. Dr. Leigha is a naturopathic doctor and the creator of The Better Sleep Bootcamp, the 5 Step Framework for women who want better sleep through hormonal balance.

Dr. Leigha and I talk all about sleep and how it can fluctuate with our habits and hormones.. She shares her incredible insight into how going through menarche, pregnancy, post-partum, pre-menopause, and menopause can impact our sleep quality and patterns. Dr. Leigha gives her top tips for understanding your hormonal or cyclical sleep issues, identifying what’s causing them, and taking the right steps towards sleeping better and longer.
