Stress is something that we know we can’t completely eliminate from our lives, so how do we manage it? This all comes back to understanding how stress can impact us and more importantly impact our menstrual cycles.
Our female bodies produce over 40+ types of hormones and stress can impact them all in one way or another. To dive into this topic and give us a deeper understanding of how we can support the body and stresses impact on the endocrine system I invited Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and women’s health expert, Cory Ruth to the show.
