For a very long time I spent energy trying to make things work instead of allowing them to work. I couldn’t understand how for some people business just flowed and blossomed so easily and for others, aka me at the time it felt hard and like a battle.

It wasn’t until I discovered I had PCOS and was reintroduced to my menstrual cycle that I realised there was an entirely other way to running my business and creative work. Insert Syncing your business with your menstrual cycle. When I started to do this business happened, instead of forced. I began re loving things I once was loosing sleep over and in time I completely rewrote my business experience.

Fancy giving this a go too? Not sure how to get started? In this episode I’m joined by Sigrid Tasies, a feminine entrepreneur who’s business is both governed and inspired by her menstrual cycle. Here’s how she does it.

Meet Our Podcast Guest:

[Cycle Day 20 – Inner Autumn]

Sigrid likes to share her “master pillars” for feminine entrepreneurship, and why they are important in order to do business in feminine flow. Some of the topics she speaks about within this, are: relinquishing our addiction to achievement, redefining productivity, embodying our authentic truth…and – understanding our menstrual cycle and the superpowers that come with each phase, so that we can work, create and lead from a space of inner-alignment.

Sigrid is also happy to speak about any other topics that Jema may want to speak on related to the areas of Embodiment, Entrepreneurship, Leadership & Spirituality.
