The Well Woman Podcast is here.

News is in, we’re now live on iTunes, Spotify, SoundCloud and many other podcast platforms all ready for you listening pleasure.
haha can’t even fathom how listening to my voice is pleasure, but the line sounds good.

For the past few years I’ve had a burning drive to create a podcast for women, by women. Exploring all things women’s health and wellbeing.

As you know I’ve been working on this behind the scenes getting it all ready to launch… now despite feeling loads of fear (yes I get fear too) at putting myself out there in the big world of podcasts, I’ve taken a shot of my own guidance and I’m letting fear take a back seat because I know what we’ll be covering in the show is needed.
