Did you know that your voice, throat and vocal cords are connected with your Yoni? Crazy right. Despite these being at two very different parts of the body they are deeply intwined and connected. From how we project ourselves vocally, how sexually open we are, right down to trauma or tightness in our yoni, our voice may have lots to do with this. In this episode I’m joined by Andrea Nicholas to share on the importance of a healthy activated throat and yoni connection.
