Have you suffered from hormonal acne? Anyone that has experienced acne understands the toll that it takes on your confidence and the frustration that arises when the products that claim to clear acne don’t make a difference. While the solutions for acne are extremely individualised, there are resources and experts that can help guide us in the right direction.

In this episode, I am joined by Meg Gaic to chat all about hormonal acne. Meg is an acne expert who suffered for over a decade with hormonal acne. This frustrating experience inspired her to take control of her skin health and she has since cleared up her acne and launched a program to help others do the same! Today, Meg’s program, the Get Glow Method, has helped thousands of acne-sufferers around the world to get rid of their acne and glow from the inside out.

In this conversation, Meg talks about her personal experience with hormonal acne, common types of acne, what the location of your acne can tell you, signs that you may not be detoxifying properly, how our cycle contributes to the health of our skin, and how to transition off of birth control while maintaining healthy skin.
